RN Realty serves national retailers and their affiliate development partners to identify and secure prime real estate locations. This typically involves tight location constraints which provides for limited property options. In many instances targeted sites are not on the market and/or need to be assembled in order to meet the needs of our clients. We use our strong personal skills, creative negotiating strategies and tireless efforts to complete the transactions.  Recent and current projects include pharmacies and financial institutions.
